What is Plant Based Diet

  • Kale:- Kale is a nutritional superfood that is high in antioxidants, calcium, and the vitamins A, C, and K. It encourages heart wellness, helps with detoxification, and helps bone health.

  • Blueberries:- Due to their high antioxidant content, blueberries have been shown to enhance heart health and cognitive performance.

  • Beans:- Beans are a great source of plant-based protein and fiber that also help with digestion, blood sugar regulation, and muscular function.
